To boost the local economy and spark a summer shopping boom, the Changhua County Government held the launch press conference for the 2026 Changhua Shopping Festival Lucky Draw on the morning of May 25 at the Changhua County Hall courtyard. Changhua County Mayor Wang Hui-Mei attended the event and officially announced the campaign. Wang announced that from June 1 to August 31, shoppers who spend NT$500 or more at participating businesses in Changhua can enter the lucky draw by uploading their receipts or invoices. Prizes include NT$1 million in cash, an Aura Mini electric bicycle, an iPad Air (11-inch), AirPods 4, and many other exciting rewards. The public is warmly invited to visit Changhua this summer to savor local delicacies, discover unique local products, and experience the vibrant shopping and dining scene that Changhua has to offer. The number of lucky draw entries is determined by spending tiers: for purchases between NT$500 and NT$10,000, participants can receive up to 10 entries; for NT$10,000 to under NT$100,000, up to 20 entries; and for NT$100,000 or more, up to 30 entries. The more you spend, the more chances you have to win. In addition, purchases made at designated partner businesses or during major local events, including the Lukang Dragon Boat Festival and the Wanggong Festival, qualify for one additional bonus entry, giving visitors more opportunities to win while enjoying Changhua’s cultural festivities.
