The most energetic and joyful highlight of the 2026 Lukang Small Town Light Festival is about to take place! On Saturday, July 18 at 3:00 PM, the square of the Lukang Assembly Hall will host a nationwide sing-and-dance event, inviting people from across Taiwan to sing and dance together to Kung Fu Fighting, the classic theme song from Kung Fu Panda. This summer's most exciting party welcomes people of all ages to join in, creating the spectacular sight of a thousand dancers moving in unison. 
 
The event will also feature the beloved LaLaBoom Sister, who will lead the crowd with simple and fun dance moves to Kung Fu Fighting. She will guide everyone through a warm-up session before leading the sing-and-dance performance. In addition, the organizers have prepared plenty of giveaways. Participants will have the chance to receive one of 1,000 limited-edition "Master Po" souvenirs and enjoy refreshing non-alcoholic beer-flavored beverages. A fun quiz session will also be held, with prizes including oversized Master Po plush toys, official Kung Fu Panda merchandise, and other surprise gifts. 
 
Considering the hot summer weather, the organizers will provide chilled beverages and encourage everyone to bring their own reusable cups to support environmental protection and reduce the use of single-use items. Participants can enjoy the event while also contributing to sustainability. 
 
Participation in the sing-and-dance event is free, with open seating and a limit of 1,000 participants. Beginning at 4:00 PM on the day of the event, staff members will distribute event stickers to seated participants. These stickers can be exchanged for the limited-edition Master Po souvenirs after the event. Quantities are limited and souvenirs will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so attendees are encouraged to arrive early and join this exciting summer dance celebration.

Please do not reserve or occupy seats in advance, and kindly follow staff instructions to help maintain a safe, friendly, and enjoyable event environment.
